this is my desktop while in Redhat 8. with KDE , a nice wallpaper from here @ deviantart.com, Karamba and a panel image i made myself to fit the wallpaper and its colors.

Can you tell me how can I install in linux (openSuse 10.1) desktop themes and use them?
And where can I get that thing what makes every each window transparent and how to install them too?

Depends on the desktop environment you are using. Gnome, KDE, blackbox, etc all use different methods to installing and using different themes.

You should find out which one you are using and visit their website. Become good friends with linux-related forums. There is a wealth of knowledge in them.
